Family and Child Portraits.
I would suggest having your family dress in colours that compliment or contrast. Stripes and patterns are not recommended as they will compete for attention, and it is your family that needs to shine through.
Children usually have a window time of about twenty minutes. After this they can become restless, so I aim to get an image of the family within this time period.
